Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Ashton Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
