Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Fox Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
