Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tampa, FL)

Bright Drift Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
