Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Yarrow Foods is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
