Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Harbor Foods Group produces packaged foods at its St. Louis plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
