Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
