Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cedar Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
