Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Fern Foods Group is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
