Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

Clearpath Wilder Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
