Production Supervisor - shift supervision (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Summit Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its St. Louis plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
