Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Fox Medical is a Spokane company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
