Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Spokane, WA)

Summit Glen Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
