Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Spokane. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
