Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Kestrel Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
