Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
