Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Corner Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in San Jose producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
