Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Orchard Foods is a San Jose food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
