Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Foods Partners is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
