Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Thistle Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in San Diego producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
