Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Harbor Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
