Production Supervisor - shift supervision (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Amber Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its San Antonio plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
