Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Salt Lake City, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
