Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sable Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
