Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Richmond, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
