Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Sable Press Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
