Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Pharma Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
