Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Greenridge North Press produces print and digital publications in Reno. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
