Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Wilder Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
