Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Cedar Oak Foods is a Reno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Reno. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
