Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Nova Fern Foods produces packaged foods at its Reno plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 864 people based in Reno. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
