Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Greenridge North Press is a printer and publisher in Reno serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
