Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Reno, NV)

Bright Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Reno, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 867 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
