Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Redstone Fern Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
