Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Summit Iron Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
