Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Madison region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
