Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Summit Junction Press is a printer and publisher in Knoxville serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
