Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Nova Drift Foods is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
