Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Nova Nest Press Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
