Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Providence, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
