Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Orchard Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
