Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Louisville region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
