Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bright Nest Manufacturing is a Portland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 451 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
