Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Foods produces packaged foods at its Virginia Beach plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
