Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
