Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Stonegate Birch Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Reno region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 443 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
