Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
