Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Rivermark Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its San Antonio plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
