Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Stonegate Fox Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
