Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Bright Press Group is a printer and publisher in Spokane serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
