Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bright Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boston plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
